Soulbachi Food Truck was started during the Great Quarantine of 2020 as Soulbachi Saturdays, consisting of small gatherings of close family and friends . It was originally called "Hibachi Saturdays" until a close family friend, (shout out to Mike), came up with Soulbachi. We are a black, family owned business working to contribute to the community in which we live. We have an unwavering commitment to build on the deep-seated legacy of our elders and stimulate economic growth in our rural community by providing a quality and affordable dining experience right here at home. Our progressive outlook for the future is to inspire our youth to also pursue entrepreneurial endeavors to continue giving back to our community.
